Cinnamon Sticks


Cinnamon sticks are seen in our kitchen racks and we use them regularly or occasionally. It is used in both sweet and savory foods. It is considered as a traditional medicine.

Let's know some of the benefits of them,

Cinnamon has anti-fungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties

It has the ability to lower blood sugar level  and has anti-inflammatory properties

Cinnamon helps in lowering the bad cholesterol levels
Cinnamon helps in managing PCOS

Even-though the benefits of cinnamon are incredible, it is not recommended to greedily intake it.However, you can have it in small amount -to say in a pinch, here and there in your dishes. You can also use it in powdered form.Especially for the nice aroma and flavor it gives.
